CCTV footage has revealed the suspect who attacked Saif Ali Khan at his Bandra home. The actor was stabbed six times, injuring his hand, neck, and spine. The suspect entered the building by scaling a wall, then used a rear stairwell and fire escape to reach Khan’s apartment. At 2:33 am, the suspect was caught on camera walking through the building.
Khan’s house help spotted the intruder and alerted him. When Khan confronted the attacker, he was stabbed multiple times. Two other house helps were also injured. Khan was rushed to Lilavati Hospital for emergency surgery and is now stable.
Police have registered a case under robbery, trespassing, and assault charges. Investigators are working to find the suspect. The incident has raised concerns about celebrity safety in Mumbai. While the Chief Minister emphasized Mumbai’s relative safety, opposition leaders questioned the security situation after this and other recent incidents involving celebrities.
