Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi concluded his African tour in Nigeria on Thursday, offering full support and military aid to the continent, which faces significant challenges. Wang’s tour, which began on January 6, included visits to Namibia, the Republic of Congo, and Chad, before reaching Nigeria. In Abuja, he engaged in discussions with Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Foreign Minister Yusuf Tuggar.
During his visit, Wang reaffirmed China’s commitment to supporting Africa’s efforts in tackling its issues in its own way, emphasizing that the African people are the true leaders of the continent.
