Tom Brady Eyes Sale of $150 Million Mansion on Indian Creek Island
NFL legend and FOX sports analyst Tom Brady is reportedly considering selling his luxurious $150 million mansion on Indian Creek Island in Florida, famously known as the “Billionaire Bunker.” This exclusive island is home to some of America’s wealthiest individuals, including Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, whose recent property purchases have driven up real estate values in the area.
Brady originally bought the expansive estate for $17 million in 2020, during his marriage to supermodel Gisele Bündchen. After their divorce in 2022, Brady oversaw significant renovations to update the two-acre property.
The mansion now features a pickleball court, a high-tech gym, a spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a multi-car garage. Aerial views have showcased its modern design, making it one of the island’s most sought-after properties.
Although the mansion has not been officially listed for sale, Bloomberg reports that private bids exceeding $150 million have already been made by potential buyers, according to sources familiar with the matter. The property has only been shown to a select group of interested buyers due to its exclusivity.
Jeff Bezos, who owns multiple properties on Indian Creek Island valued at $237 million, has significantly impacted the local real estate market. His purchases, including a $90 million home in 2024, have further elevated the area’s prestige. Meanwhile, Bündchen resides nearby in a mansion purchased for $11.5 million, just across the water from Brady’s estate.
As Brady contemplates the sale of his mansion, he continues to focus on his post-NFL endeavors, including his ownership stake in Birmingham City FC and his prominent role as a sports analyst.
