Malissa Rauch, who portrays Abby Stone on Night Court, reunited with her former The Big Bang Theory co-star, Mayim Bialik, for an upcoming guest appearance in the show’s third season. Bialik, best known for playing Amy Farrah Fowler on the CBS sitcom, will appear in an episode titled “Mayim Worst Enemy.”
In this episode, Bialik plays a heightened version of herself. The plot centers on her character appearing in court as a defendant, where she forms a friendship with Judge Abby Stone. However, things take a dark turn when Abby discovers that Mayim has been stalking her.
Reflecting on the reunion, Bialik shared with Entertainment Weekly, “It feels like I should be dressed like Amy, and she should be dressed like Bernadette.” She also expressed her excitement about playing a “really funny, evil version of myself,” emphasizing her enjoyment of the role.
This marks the second Big Bang Theory reunion on Night Court. In season two, Kunal Nayyar, who portrayed Raj Koothrappali, guest-starred as a fashion designer who briefly became a love interest for Abby.
The episode featuring Rauch and Bialik will air on January 14, 2025.
