SNL 50’ Sketch: Chaos Unfolds as Domingo, Sabrina Carpenter, Pedro Pascal, and Bad Bunny Crash a Wedding

Domingo Returns in Star-Studded Wedding Chaos for ‘SNL 50’ Special

Marcello Hernández’s fan-favorite character, Domingo, made a wild comeback during Saturday Night Live’s 50th Anniversary Special, turning a vow renewal ceremony into total mayhem with an all-star musical parody.

The sketch began with Chloe Fineman and Andrew Dismukes as the bride and groom, joined by comedy veterans Molly Shannon and Martin Short. The scene quickly took a musical turn when Sabrina Carpenter arrived alongside Heidi Gardner, Ego Nwodim, and Sarah Sherman, delivering a Wicked-themed performance.

Things escalated further with a hilarious parody of Taylor Swift’s You Belong With Me, setting the perfect stage for Domingo’s over-the-top entrance.

Pedro Pascal then appeared as Renaldo, a past love interest of the groom, only for it to be revealed that he and Domingo were long-lost brothers. The surprises didn’t stop there—Bad Bunny joined the chaos as yet another estranged sibling, forming an unpredictable trio no spouse would want in their family.

The sketch continued its unpredictable streak with surprise cameos from Bowen Yang, Andy Samberg, Kyle Mooney, and Beck Bennett, who hilariously spoofed Carpenter’s hit song Espresso. The scene built up to an over-the-top, jam-packed finale featuring the entire cast in full comedic force.

Airing on NBC and Peacock, SNL 50 delivered several unforgettable moments, and Domingo’s wedding-crashing antics were undoubtedly among the highlights of the night.
