Priyanka Chopra added a special touch to Nick Jonas’ big night by showing her love and support during the opening of The Last Five Years on Broadway.
On Sunday, April 6, the actress and her husband attended the star-studded event at the Hudson Theatre in New York City. The couple stepped out in coordinated outfits, sharing moments on the red carpet as they posed for photos.
Chopra, who stars in Citadel, turned heads in a sleeveless halter top with a tuxedo-inspired lapel and a knee-high pencil skirt, flaunting her curves. She accessorized with diamond earrings and bracelets, completing the chic look with black open-toed heels.
Nick Jonas, who stars in the musical opposite Adienne Warren, looked sharp in a pinstripe suit, paired with a classic white T-shirt and glossy black shoes.
The revival of The Last Five Years, directed by Whitney White, marks the first time this beloved musical has been staged on Broadway. The production will run through June 22.
The musical explores the relationship between Jamie, a budding novelist (played by Jonas), and Cathy, a struggling actress. The unique narrative unfolds through two separate timelines: Jamieโs story is told in chronological order, while Cathyโs is presented in reverse, starting from the end of their marriage.
