Prince Andrew is once again making headlines for his eccentric behavior, leaving those around him increasingly exasperated. The Duke of York, already embroiled in a dispute with King Charles over the Royal Lodge, has reportedly developed a new “childish” obsession that is testing the patience of his staff.
Known for his peculiar habits, Andrew is said to have a collection of teddy bears that must be arranged in a specific manner daily—or else he becomes visibly upset. Royal author Tom Quinn revealed to *Fox News Digital* that the disgraced royal insists his teddy bears be positioned in a pyramid shape, and any deviation from this arrangement leads to frustration.
“He is quite eccentric, and he has a collection of teddy bears, which he insists are placed every day in a certain position… a pyramid shape,” Quinn explained. He added that the teddy bear fixation is “very revealing” of Andrew’s personality and aligns with other stories about his unusual behavior. The collection reportedly includes 20 to 30 teddy bears, which are meticulously arranged each day.
“Various members of staff who’ve worked for him have told me this is very typical of him,” Quinn shared. “And he gets very cross if it’s not done properly… He really doesn’t do anything for himself.”
According to Quinn, Andrew relies on a specific staff member to arrange the teddy bears precisely as he desires. “I know that in the past… if they’re not placed exactly as he wants, he can be quite short-tempered and angry about it. So, when he finds someone who is very good at it, he clings to them, and he gets the same person to do it every day.”
This latest revelation comes as King Charles grows increasingly impatient with his brother’s ongoing scandals and controversies. Adding to the royal family’s troubles, former masseuse Monique Giannelloni has accused Andrew of inappropriate behavior during a session at Buckingham Palace, further tarnishing his already damaged reputation.
Andrew’s eccentric habits and mounting controversies continue to strain his relationships within the royal family, leaving many to wonder how much longer his antics will be tolerated.
