MINSK: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Belarus on Thursday for a two-day official visit, following an invitation from President Aleksandr Lukashenko.
Upon his arrival, PM Shehbaz was warmly received by Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin and officials from Pakistan’s embassy in Belarus.
The Prime Minister is accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the PM Tariq Fatemi.
During the visit, PM Shehbaz is scheduled to hold important discussions with President Lukashenko to strengthen bilateral ties.
