During early trading, the PKR appreciated by 0.04%, rising by 10 paisa to reach Rs278.02.
In the previous week, the local currency experienced a small dip of 0.04% or 11 paisa over the course of five days, ending at Rs278.12 on December 13, compared to Rs278.01 on December 6.
On Friday, December 13, the rupee closed at Rs278.12, marking a gain of 11.19 paisa against the dollar, with the exchange rate continuing to fluctuate.
