King Charles Issues Statement Amid Prince Harry’s UK Trial

King Charles III’s office has released a statement featuring updates on the royal family, coinciding with a delay in Prince Harry’s trial at the High Court in London.

The statement highlighted Duchess Sophie’s recent engagement and included heartwarming photos shared on the royal family’s official Instagram account. Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, celebrated her 60th birthday on January 20 and visited “Dogs for Autism,” a charity providing assistance dogs for individuals with autism.

The palace statement read: “The Duchess of Edinburgh visited Dogs for Autism, learning about the positive impact these assistance dogs have. The charity’s dogs offer comfort, reduce anxiety, and enhance the quality of life for people with autism.”

It added: “During the visit to the charity’s Training Centre, Her Royal Highness observed training demonstrations by dogs Buddy, Jack, and Finn and met the newest trainee, a 9-week-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Louis.”

The Instagram post featuring the Duchess’s visit garnered significant attention and admiration. One user commented, “Thank you, Royal Family Social Team. We love seeing content like this—The Duchess of Edinburgh supporting a meaningful cause (plus, adorable dogs are always a win!).”

Meanwhile, reports suggest Prince Harry declined an invitation from King Charles III to stay at the palace during his upcoming visit to London for the High Court proceedings.
