Justin Bieber Responds to Drug Allegations with Playful Social Media Post
Justin Bieber recently addressed rumors about drug use in a lighthearted manner through his latest social media activity.
On February 25, the 30-year-old singer posted a video on Instagram featuring himself rapping alongside a friend. The playful, improvised rap contained humorous and exaggerated lyrics about being high.
“I fly like a fly guy, I fly high like a bagpipe, I go high like a bad guy,” Bieber rapped as his friend smoked a cigarette.
In the clip, the “Sorry” singer appeared shirtless, casually snacking while performing. The video left fans intrigued, with many flooding the comments section to express their excitement for new music.
“I’m so desperate for new music—this is gold right now! GO BIEBS,” one fan wrote.
Another commented, “Bieber is back,” while a few expressed concerns about his well-being, with one stating, “Drugs are destroying him.”
Bieber’s post came shortly after his representative strongly denied allegations of drug use. Following speculation fueled by fans noticing changes in his behavior, the singer’s rep addressed the rumors in a statement to TMZ, dismissing them as “exhausting and pitiful” attempts to keep “negative, salacious, and harmful narratives alive.”
The statement further emphasized that Bieber has been going through a significant period of personal growth, particularly after welcoming his first child, Jack Blues, with his wife, Hailey Bieber, in August 2024.
