Sam Neill, known for his iconic role as Dr. Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park franchise, is set to step into another world of monsters.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, Neill has officially joined the cast of the upcoming MonsterVerse film from Legendary, following Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (2024).
While specific plot details remain under wraps, the new installment is expected to introduce several fresh human characters alongside the legendary Titans, Godzilla and Kong, as they unite against a devastating, world-ending threat.
After Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire raked in $571 million globally, director Grant Sputore has been tapped to lead the new project. The screenplay is penned by Dave Callaham, known for his work on action-packed blockbusters.
Neill’s addition brings even more star power to the ever-expanding MonsterVerse, promising fans another thrilling chapter in the franchise.
