Jordon Hudson Builds $8M Real Estate Portfolio Following Relationship with Bill Belichick
Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old partner of former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, has reportedly developed a real estate portfolio valued at $8 million since their relationship began.
According to public property records reviewed by Realtor.com, Hudson acquired four properties in 2023 through limited liability companies (LLCs) tied to her name.
Her first purchase occurred in June 2023, when she bought a townhouse in Dorchester, Massachusetts, for $2.3 million, later securing a $1.2 million mortgage in December. On the same day, she reportedly purchased another Dorchester townhouse for $2.2 million, also financing it with a $1.2 million mortgage. Both properties were later renovated and converted into income-producing apartment units.
In October 2023, Hudson added a two-bedroom cottage in Harwich to her portfolio, acquiring it for $610,000. Her largest purchase came in December with a $3 million multi-family building in Boston’s Roxbury Crossing neighborhood. This building was fully rented through August 2024, reportedly generating nearly $17,700 per month in rental income.
To manage her growing investments, Hudson established a trust named the TCE Trust in mid-2023. By January 2024, all four properties were reportedly paid off. Additionally, Hudson is listed as affiliated with 18 business entities, most of which are registered in Massachusetts.
Hudson, a former beauty pageant contestant and college graduate, reportedly met Belichick during a flight in 2021. Their relationship became public in early 2024, shortly before Belichick stepped down from his long-held coaching position with the Patriots. He has since accepted a five-year, $50 million coaching contract at the University of North Carolina.
Amid growing public interest, Belichick recently confirmed that he and Hudson share both a personal and professional bond. His remarks followed media buzz after Hudson made an unexpected appearance during one of his interviews, where she briefly addressed questions about their relationship.
