ICC Announces Star-Studded Commentary Panel for Champions Trophy 2025
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has unveiled the commentary panel for the upcoming ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, which is set to kick off on February 19 with the match between Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi.
The panel features a mix of former cricketers, veteran broadcasters, and expert analysts from around the globe.
Pakistan will be represented by Ramiz Raja, Wasim Akram, and Bazid Khan, who will offer local perspectives on the game. Meanwhile, international voices like Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith, and Ian Bishop will provide their expertise from a global viewpoint.
The panel also includes prominent former Indian cricketers Sunil Gavaskar and Ravi Shastri, along with Australian legends Aaron Finch and Matthew Hayden.
Veteran commentators Mel Jones and Simon Doull, along with Harsha Bhogle, Michael Atherton, Pommie Mbangwa, and Kass Naidoo, will also be part of the team.
To further enrich the commentary, the panel will feature cricketers such as Dale Steyn, Dinesh Karthik, Shaun Pollock, and Athar Ali Khan.
New Zealand’s Katie Martin and England’s Mark Nicholas round out the diverse group, promising a comprehensive and expert-driven coverage of the tournament.
