Holly Willoughby recently opened up about a life-changing experience that helped her feel more connected to herself. In 2018, while in Australia, she explored alternative therapies such as reflexology and kinesiology, a muscle-based therapy that detects body imbalances.
At 43, Holly embraced the opportunity to “try everything,” leading to a shift in her perspective when she returned to London. During a 2021 conversation with Elizabeth Day on the “How to Fail” podcast, she recalled meeting a kinesiologist and feeling that something beyond traditional kinesiology was happening.
Reflecting on this transformative experience, Holly expressed that it was eye-opening. The more she engaged in alternative therapies and traditional therapy, the more in touch with herself and in control of her life she felt.
Holly will return to her presenting role on ITV’s Dancing on Ice later today at 6:30 pm, co-hosting with Stephen Mulhern.
