Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer, Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, has called on the government to take concrete steps towards the liberation of Kashmir, emphasizing that his party will continue to support the Kashmiri people until their freedom is achieved. In a statement, he highlighted the government’s responsibility to address the issues in the free regions of Kashmir, stressing Jamaat-e-Islami’s ongoing efforts for the rights of both Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
He urged the empowerment of these regions, describing them as the true foundation of the Kashmir freedom movement. Hafiz Naeem also called for fair and transparent elections in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, urging both federal and provincial governments to avoid interference in the electoral process.
