Channing Tatum Applauds Ryan Reynolds as a ‘Good Person’ Amid Blake Lively Controversy

Channing Tatum has spoken out in support of Ryan Reynolds, describing him as a “genuinely good person” while reminiscing about their recent visit to Wrexham.

“Beyond the caffeine and dancing, that trip to Wrexham was unforgettable,” the Step Up actor, 44, shared in an Instagram post on February 9.

Tatum commended Reynolds, 48, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star Rob McElhenney for their remarkable contributions to the Welsh town. “What Ryan and Rob have done for Wrexham is nothing short of magical,” he wrote.

During his visit, the Magic Mike star explored the city and stopped by Wrexham AFC’s stadium—the football club Reynolds and McElhenney acquired in 2021. He expressed admiration for the town’s unwavering loyalty to its team, saying it made him want to “stay forever.”

However, it was Reynolds who received particular recognition from Tatum. “Amazing work, Ryan and Rob,” he noted. “Good people create great things.”

Tatum’s comments come amid ongoing legal tensions involving Reynolds. The Deadpool star is currently entangled in a legal dispute between his wife, Blake Lively, and actor Justin Baldoni, as both parties have filed lawsuits alleging harassment and defamation.
