Bryce Dallas Howard and her father, Ron Howard, are celebrating their birthdays together on consecutive days.
The Jurassic World star kicked off the celebrations on March 1 by honoring her father’s 71st birthday with a heartfelt Instagram tribute. She shared a touching moment from a gala, where she rested her head on his shoulder.
“I love you so much, Dad, more than words can express,” she captioned the post. “Happy Birthday @realronhoward!”
The following day, it was Bryce’s turn to receive warm wishes. On March 2, Ron celebrated his daughter’s 44th birthday by sharing a nostalgic throwback photo of himself and his wife, Cheryl, celebrating Bryce as a child.
“Happy Birthday, Daughter! You’ve always brought joy and pride to your mom and me,” he wrote. “But the incredible life you’ve built—both personally and professionally—has exceeded our wildest dreams from when you were this adorable kid we cherished so much.”
Bryce has often expressed her strong connection with her father. During Steel City Con in December, she reminisced about her childhood spent on his film sets. “Growing up, I spent a lot of time with him on set,” she recalled.
Although Ron, who began acting at a young age, chose not to let Bryce pursue child acting, she now hopes to collaborate with him in a professional capacity.
“I’ve never acted in a project he directed,” she revealed. “But I really want to. I want to so badly… Let’s talk, dude!”
