Rapper Finesse2tymes is currently facing an arrest warrant after allegations surfaced that he made terroristic threats toward a woman connected to his former mentee, an 11-year-old boy named “King.”
The incident, which took place in October, reportedly occurred outside a smoke shop in the Will Clayton Parkway area of Humble, Texas.
Court documents obtained by TMZ suggest the altercation arose from a custody dispute involving King, who had previously been in Finesse2tymes’ care. The woman who called the authorities was serving as King’s guardian, although neither she nor Finesse2tymes is related to the boy.
On October 23, the woman and King were at the smoke shop to pick up her grandchild when King was asked to speak with Finesse2tymes, who reportedly requested the conversation. After meeting with the rapper, King allegedly ran away in distress, shouting that he was afraid of being sent back to Memphis.
The woman claims that soon after, Finesse2tymes and his brother approached her vehicle in a threatening manner. According to her, Finesse2tymes’ brother made a comment about pulling a gun, using slang from Memphis to indicate he was carrying a firearm. The woman also reported seeing the outline of a weapon in his waistband.
Finesse2tymes is said to have then threatened the woman directly, yelling, “YOU GONNA DIE ON CAMERA TODAY.” Concerned for her safety, the woman fled the scene. Authorities are continuing their investigation, and the rapper is facing potential legal repercussions for the alleged threats.
