On Tuesday, Muhammad Sami, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Poland, formally presented his credentials to President Andrzej Sebastian Duda of Poland in a ceremony attended by a Guard of Honour, as reported by the Associated Press of Pakistan.
Ambassador Sami congratulated President Duda on Poland’s current presidency of the EU Council, recognizing the country’s pivotal role in European affairs. In his response, President Duda emphasized the significance of Pakistan’s election to the UN Security Council as a non-permanent member for the 2025-2026 term. He also underscored the importance of bolstering international cooperation and Pakistan’s growing influence in global diplomacy.
