Google, in collaboration with GDG Kolachi, recently organized an insightful session focused on AI, machine learning, data science, and related fields.
Held at the National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi, the event, titled AI Seekho, aimed to equip aspiring professionals with essential AI and cloud computing skills. The initiative saw a remarkable turnout, with over 100 participants engaging in hands-on learning and expert-led discussions.
The event’s theme, Karachi Walo AI Seekho, emphasized the significance of AI education for the city’s growing tech community.
AI Seekho, a Google Cloud initiative, offers a structured curriculum that provides in-depth knowledge and practical experience in AI, ML, and cloud-based technologies. Designed to bridge the gap between industry and academia, the program brings together experienced mentors, industry specialists, and an enthusiastic community of learners. Through hands-on training, participants develop proficiency in utilizing Google Cloud’s cutting-edge tools and frameworks.
Leading the sessions were industry professionals, including Arhum Ishtiaq (CTO and Co-founder of ConnectHear) and the GDG Kolachi team—Danella Patrick, Hassam Jawed, Hassan Mujtaba, Aashir Ahmed, Muhammad Ateeb, Hafiz Munim, Fizza Khan, and Huzaifa Habib. Their guidance helped participants gain practical insights and problem-solving skills essential for the AI landscape.
Organized by GDG Kolachi, a prominent tech community dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration, the Karachi edition of AI Seekho featured interactive workshops, discussions, and live demonstrations. The initiative aims to prepare individuals for real-world AI applications, enabling them to contribute effectively to the evolving tech industry.

AI Seekho – Google Cloud Self-Study Program
Beyond in-person training, AI Seekho offers an online Google Cloud self-study program for developers in Pakistan. Participants can access Google Cloud labs, explore advanced AI/ML tools such as Gemini and Vertex AI, and engage with a community of like-minded learners.
As part of its learning initiative, participants can complete challenges between January 23 and February 20, 2025, to qualify for exclusive Google Cloud rewards.
