Hollywood Stars Prepare for 97th Academy Awards at Rehearsals
With the 97th Academy Awards just around the corner, several Hollywood stars were spotted at rehearsals at the Dolby Theatre on Saturday.
Among those present were Selena Gomez, Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, and Elle Fanning, all dressed casually as they prepared for the big night. Gomez was seen holding an Oscar while practicing her lines, while Johansson kept it simple in a cream sweatshirt and gold necklaces.
Emma Stone also participated in the rehearsals, lightheartedly joking about the possibility of messing up her lines, saying, “Oh God, this is going to go great.”
The rehearsals featured stand-in actors playing nominees, with real Oscar statuettes being used, though marked as “for this rehearsal only.”
Several other stars, including Andrew Garfield, Whoopi Goldberg, and Miley Cyrus, were also seen cycling in and out of the venue.
The highly anticipated ceremony, hosted by Conan OβBrien, will take place on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. The competition for Best Picture remains tight, with two films emerging as top contenders.
