Pete Davidson Reveals Significant Life Update After ‘SNL 50’

Pete Davidson Nears Completion of Tattoo Removal Process

Pete Davidson, once known for his heavily tattooed arms, is now close to finishing their removal.

The 31-year-old comedian opened up about the painful experience, describing it as a grueling process. “It’s terrible. They burn off your skin, and then you have to go through it about ten more times,” he shared. He also joked about the potential profitability of the industry, saying, “If you’re looking for a good investment, tattoo removal is the way to go.”

Speaking to Page Six, the Saturday Night Live alum revealed that while the tattoos on his arms are almost entirely removed, he has now started working on his torso. Davidson, who once had nearly 200 tattoos, explained that during sessions, he is sometimes put under anesthesia, which makes the process easier. “For the arms, I try to distract myself by listening to something or chatting with the nurse,” he added.

Davidson recently showcased his transformed look at the SNL 50 anniversary event, where he had the opportunity to sit next to legendary actress Meryl Streep. Reflecting on the experience, he admitted feeling nervous. “I didn’t want to bother her,” he said. However, he described Streep as incredibly kind. “She was so nice—not that it’s surprising. We had a great conversation and were both just in awe of everything happening around us.”

Expressing his excitement about the evening, Davidson remarked, “That was the best part of SNL 50. No matter who you were, everyone was just thrilled to be there and witness the performances.”
