Drake’s Beverly Hills mansion is now available for rent at a staggering $250,000 per month after the rapper struggled to sell the luxurious property.
According to the Robb Report, Drake bought the estate in the spring of 2022 for $75 million, initially listing it for $88 million. Despite re-listing it at the same price in May 2024, the mansion remains unsold, leading to its current rental offering.
The mansion spans 22,500 square feet and is situated on nearly 20 acres above Benedict Canyon in the Santa Monica Mountains. Originally built in 2001 for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano, the property was later purchased by Drake from British pop star Robbie Williams. The Tuscan-style home boasts 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, panoramic views of the canyon and city, and extensive amenities.
Among the luxurious features are an elevator, a wine cellar, a gym, a game room, an 11-car garage, a full-size tennis court, a pool, and an indoor-outdoor kitchen. The sprawling estate provides both comfort and privacy, with Drake’s rental price offering an exclusive living experience.
In addition to this mansion, Drake owns two other high-end properties, including a massive 50,000-square-foot residence in Toronto.
